6 Large Potatoes, 1 Onion, 6 Garlic Cloves, 3 cups Chicken Broth, 1 cup Heavy Cream, Chives, Bacon.
Sautee onion, add garlic, thyme. Add to pressure cooker with potatoes (peeled), broth. Cook on high for 10mins.
Blend all together with immersion blender. Warm cream on stove / microwave, add to soup, salt to taste. Add broth / cook down to desirec consistency.
Serve topped with finely diced chives, bacon (I already ate the bowl with bacon before I remembered to take a picure).
