Aborio Rice, Fresh Basil, Parmesan, Garlic, White Wine, Chicken Broth.
Put a small amount of butter in a pan on medium heat, lightly toast a handful of aborio rice, while heating broth in a separate pot to a boil. Slowly pour broth in intevals into rice, stir until absorbed before repeating. Switch to water after a cup or so of broth.
Meanwhile, take a good handful of fresh basil, 1 clove of garlic and some olive oil and blend in food processor with parmesan. When rice is tender take off heat, fold in the basil mixture.
Scoop onto plate, surround and top with fresh basil, pine nuts.
