Ingredients

Burrata, Blood Orange, Olive Oil, Coriander Seeds, Honey, Champange Vinegar, Balsamic, Thyme, Micro-Greens.

Preparation

Heat honey, olive oil, salt on stovetop to combine, add coriander seeds and cool. Slice blood orange and remove peel.

Presentation

Place blood orange slices, burrata on plate. Spoon oil/coriander dressing onto burrata. Drizzle with champagne vinegar, balsamic on the side. Top with thyme, sprinkle with micro-greens.
