Gnocci, Arugula, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, Heavy Cream, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.
Boil water and cook a handful of gnocci. When they have finished, add to a pan with some gorgonzola and parmesan, add a dash of cream and cook on low until it all melts into a sauce.
Scoop into center of plate, surround with arugula. Top with roasted pepitas and fresh black pepper.
