Leek, Plain Greek Yogurt, Pomegranate, Micro-Greens, Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, Dried Lemon.
Wash leek wekk. Lightly brush with olive oil, salt. Roast in oven at 500 for 30mins, turning over once. After pulling out of oven, cut in half and drizzle with apple cider vinegar.
Plate with greek yogurt and pomegranate seeds. Top with micro-greens, dried lemon slice. Drizzle with honey
