Pan-Seared King Oyster

King Oyster Mushroom, Hoisin Sauce, Cayenne, Chili Oil, Black Sesame Seeds, Micro Greens.


Chop stem of king oyster mushroom into thick disks. Finely crosshatch both sides of each, and pan fry in neutral oil, salt until golden brown.


Dip finished mushroom flat faces in rice vinegar. Plate with a smear of hoisin sauce, chili oil. Sprinkle with micro greens, black sesame seeds, cayenne.
