1 Butternut Squash, 1 Sweet Potato, 4 Lg Carrots, 1 Onion, 1 Green Apple, 4 Cloves Garlic, Chicken Broth, Heavy Cream, Thyme, Sage.
Peel and cube squash, potato. Coarsley dice carrots, onion, apple, garlic. Add to pressure cooker with 2-3 cups of broth sagem thyme. Cook on high pressure for 10mins.
Discard thyme sprigs. Salt to taste. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream, blend with immersion blender. Boil further / add more broth until desired consistency.
Pour in bowl, top with dash of cayenne, freshly ground black pepper.
