Stuffed Pumpkin

Ingredients: Sugar pumpkin, wild rice, italian sausage, pomegranate, sage, parsley, pumpkin seeds, gruyere, pecans, cranberries, butter, oil.

Preparation: Soak cranberries in simple syrup. Clean pumpkin, roast upside down. Cook rice, sausage; mix with pumpkin seeds, herbs. Stuff pumpkin, top with cheese, bake.

Plating: Sprinkle plate with excess herbs, nuts, pomegranate, candied cranberries.
