Thai Curry

Ingredients: Rice noodles, coconut milk, curry paste, ginger, garlic, scallion, fresh peas, thai basil, chili, shrimp.

Preparation: Heat garlic, ginger. Add coconunt milk, curry. Cook peas, shrimp in sauce. Add noodles, top with basil, chili, scallion.

Plating: Serve in a heated bowl, garnished with a pea pod.
